TOM FORD BEAUTY offers complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances and cosmetics. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship via Carrier

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and confirms the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
